because how do I know you didn’t just edit a screenshot to make it low resolution then lie about it being your pixel art
just send in a timelapse of it being made and it can end right there and then

Update: ok so they aren’t, the pixels are in fact smaller and the same size. BUT the square sizes are WAYYY to random to look like a guy made them
also why would you make every single individual pixel an ever so slightly near unnoticeable different shade? Wouldn’t it be easier to just have a colour palette and use the same hex code like every other pro pixel artist? If you copy pasted wouldn’t the pixels be the exact same hex code?

if you edited a screenshot don’t claim it’s your pixel art. Make an actual pixel art or just go to cubecraft’s lobby, take a screenshot and title it as a selfie.
some people actually work hard to submit something good for these comps so having them compete with cheaters who barely spend more than five minutes is not fair.
that’s what I’ll end this with. Prove me to me this is a pixel art.

Ok first of all i just uplauded a screenshot becuase when u uplaod a file it takes longer to load. And the pixels are not "inconsistently sized" they are all the same size. Also i change the shade because every different block is viewed from a different angle even if it is a slight change it should be exact. and also since minecraft blocks have different amount of pixles than this artwork it makes sense that the leaves are different from each beause what i did was make a big 1 to 1 version of the leaf block first because that is easier and then paste them as little ones but when u do this there have to be less pixals meaning some pixels get skipped and the code for the pixilart website doesnt make sure when u smaller the size it it the EXACT same as the last infact it is a random generate code that skips pixels randomly.
and its really frustrating that someone can do an artwork truthfuly and another person has to pop up not beleive him and start questioning them

how do mods know the open photo option wasn’t just now used?
The time the screenshot was taken is cropped.
The layers option isn’t selected so can’t see if one or multiple layers
the colour palette is same as the default except for the addition of around 10+ colours. This pixel art however has hundreds of colours, way more than only the few that have been added here.
