I’m from (NA) And this will happen if you play with them, and I’m forced into a lobby where I lag more. Even if I switch to (NA) we get dragged back to (EU) lobbies

Due to not enough players playing NA, you are put into EU so you can play games with enough players

In duels as an NA player, if I duel someone from EU in a party, it will ALWAYS put me in an eu game

No, should be majority of the party. Say if you're in a 6 player party, 1 is NA (party leader) 5 others are Eu, it should be EU
