add skywars tournaments to cube league

i really think adding it will get a lot of players that main skywars to join the server and think its a good idea overall for sweats to play more games against players their level, more fun too

I think the format of the game lends itself well to tournaments, but not sure if this is feasible from a resource standpoint

pretty sure they can adjust it a little to have more resources in the chests that are equal for all teams/individuals
