I like using riptide and impaling on trident and on bedrock it works if the enemy is in water. Maybe add some strength, and turtle pops. Also use the impaling enchantment makes it deal more damage if the entity you are attacking is in water.

Impaling only works on bedrock as anything touching water. On Java it works on aquatic mobs so it doesn't work if the player is in water in Java. Massive damage boost stronger then a sharpness 5 netherigte sword.
