Nerf axes in java bedwars

in bedwars java edition a stone axe which is cheaper than an iron sword but it does more damage than a diamond sword.
people now dont buy swords instead they use a stone axe the entire game.
solution: make stone axes do less damage than a stone sword similar to bedrock edition.
