#Spear Kit Concept

for the heck of it, but yea
the loadout of the spear kit in ffa, which will be named the Knight, will consist of the following:

  • prot 1 copper helmet
  • prot 2 iron chestplate
  • prot 1 leather pants and boots
  • sharp 1 iron spear (main weapon)
  • 1 horse summon mount (30 second cooldown when the player dismounts. 60 when the horse dies.)

Horse stats will be randomized per spawn. Therefore it's possible to get a horse with the lowest possible speed and jump height. The horse will despawn immediately on dismount. Maybe the health can be a set value of 14 health.

I like the idea of adding horses to FFA as this could spice up the game a bit and offer opportunities for different playstyles. I like the idea of summoning a new horse when they're killed or when you're dismounted. Otherwise, it wouldn't really make sense to add this kit as not having a horse would make you an easy target.
On the other hand I must say that I really enjoy the current kits and wouldn't necessarily want them to be changed. Spears could be added to the shop though, that could be fun 😄

The only thing I dislike about this concept is the horse.
But if it didn't have a horse then it should probably have a secondary weapon that's weaker than the spear but still useful as the spear has a cooldown.

Fishing rods don't really pull you that much though, I feel like if they're added to FFA it'll be used more against 'runners'
