Add a training mode and more controls over private games

Add a training mode for gamemodes like bedwars, eggwars, bridges, etc.
things like bed breaking/egg breaking or pearl clutching, mid fight and customized controls over private games like banning items or changing generator speeds or changing shop currencies or prices.

in bedrock, i forgot to add tags

they won't add training like pearls

This is a minigames server not pvp based

even if cc is a minigames server

that doesnt mean

that cc cant add a training mode
