Rush gamemode
Everyone is given full kit of leather armor, stone sword, stone pickaxe, sword, and 16 steak and 3 stacks of terracotta
all with same enchants as in op items
(Prot 4 armor, sharp 2 sword, efficiency 3)
Shops just give an inventory restock when you open shop and click refresh gear
(This will heal armor, tools, refill your food and blocks ect)
Generators are disabled (reduces lag)
This gamemode is perfect for speedrunners who are just gonna get those items anyways

I’ve been playing since 2016, but what I’m saying is what about the new players who’s first few times playing is a game ended instantly before they could even find out what all is in the shop

I’ve started rushing to mid with just blocks and a sword because it’s the only way to last longer than 15 seconds on some maps

I used to play to keep my egg alive which newer players are going to believe that the goal is to do that

The competitive environment makes that playstyle nearly impossible

When you pick a map for a “public game” you’ve effectively pulled the next 8-12 players into your playstyle on your map.
Now if you do that math whenever multiple of yall are online at once it makes it nearly impossible to get into a “bad map”

Okay, but your point of just saying “skill issue” and your mentality that it doesn’t affect you negatively is what I mean.
You don’t deal with sweats because you’re the sweat in all of your games
