#Why does it take a while to kick or ban hackers?

I know we have sentinel but, it takes so long just for a hacker to be kicked or banned, we report and it doesn't even do anything at all or it takes like 30-40 minutes, last time it took an hour 🥀

Hello, the /sr or /report command requires online moderators to be checking the report. I am sorry for the experience you have due to cheaters, but for more accurately your report getting reviewed i suggest you to report it in our forums. More onto this is in the below message link

fr the anticheat is so bad, i got banned once took them 1 day to unban me, and when i told them they have a bad anti cheat they closed the ticket
