Do Devs actually see these and actually act off of them, I mean I've been playing for a long time, and I haven't seen much changes.

There is a tag called "Implemented" meaning that the suggestion was actually added to the game. But here its very rare

if it were intended to be for suggestions they wouldnt have got rid of the original suggestions forum in discord

and the likely reason they got rid of it is because a lot of these suggestion are like shower thoughts - they lack detail and arent thought out well
