The eggwars OG Regression for example, we wanted more gameplay and hardened losers wanted less gameplay, they lobbied to undermine their opponents so they could win more and most of the eggwars playerbase has quit since then.
Most of the players playing afterward are win-grinders and squads against new players that get turned away immediately.

Then there's the overall divide between Java and Bedrock, Cubecraft could have installed Geyser to unite the platforms but that hasn't happened, Java is struggling and Bedrock wants to kill Java.

If they're going against you, that's where your evidence comes in
Key word for that is convincing
In a debate, whoever has the most convincing evidence gets to win
If your evidence is convincing enough, that's good enough already. All you need to do left is on how to convince people
I don't know how the hell you would try to convince the staff or Admins, but it's your way.
If you want tips on how I managed to convince mine, try adding a couple scenarios, talk/debate (of other people) about the issue
Or even small jokes
Keep your tone as professional as possible. If your getting to the point wherein your complaining about how bad the issue effected the people, don't make it too personal, instead make it sound like it affected everyone and not just you
This doesn't only apply to @fiery zodiac issue, this too applies for the Subscription issue.

the connection is a mix of the overall internet toxicity with the main players age (kids ans teenagers who arent mature enough) that play minecraft. Just because they dont support the toxicity doesnt mean they are really doing something to stop it (they arent)
