The term "good" is subjective. Secondly skill has no correlation with cubecraft level u r at

higher level players are generally better than lower level players
the only problem is they would have to remove region based matchmaking to add level based matchmaking which would make some players have higher ping (though the server today is significantly more laggy than it was when there was only one region)
