Make wipeout a permanent map

Wipeout is currently a temp map in eggwars that will leave the cycle after the summer ends. Can we make it a permanent cause the it is imo the best 2 player map

can agree that its a great map (probably my favourite 2s map along with neon) but it seems good enough as a seasonal map

Then we will only get bad maps for seasonal maps
