For example, you try to heal yourself up and poison the enemy at the same time, however, you could only do one thing every 3-5 seconds and it's really annoying not being able to perform many actions at once with your potions as the kit is literally meant for fast action.

The cooldown wasn't a thing a while ago.
The wizard kit had to be nerfed, it was way too overpowered and still is to be honest.

They should remove some of the overpowered stuff, like the poison pot then remove the cooldown
Or maybe rebalance the power/time of the pots thrown and remove the cooldown

In my opinion I don't think they should remove the cooldown, however I do think they should remove 1 healing splash potion or 1 harming splash potion.
