i think it is ai.
person goes over the leaves.
randomly different colored petals in the tree.
two middle circles on one of the flowers in the tree.
one of the circles in the middle of a flower is off-center in the tree.
small bush next to tree has bits of pink in it.
one of the flowers on the ground has a yellow underside, none of the others do.
overall, these dont seem like mistakes a person would make/not notice, or something that would happen with digital art, especially with the pink bits in the grass.

  2. This problem was occurring when I was using bucket colour, the leaves of the tree were becoming different colours.

They may have used a drawing template for the background or parts of it (potentially made by AI and they just found it online?) but I refuse to believe it's entirely made using AI. Though the brush used for the watermark is the same as the one used for the lineart so
