Such servers tend to devolve into rigged cespools of cheating and exploiting where gameplay is harmed, they tend to be the target of crashing and siphoning campaigns when one or more moderator abuses.

If Cubecraft is so stingey about money at this time running a survival server would be a waste of money.

The players will build their own survival worlds and be overthrown in an endless cycle of progression and resetting.

If we can't xray for ores but have our items deleted or our accounts are permabanned we will retaliate by any means.

For any offense within the game which does not extend beyond its scope into personal real offenses like doxxing and fraud.

I highly doubt someone will be permabanned for xraying or using cheats if a survival server was added unless they try evading the ban. They also always have the option to appeal even when tehyre banned. When someone doxxes or does something more severe, a player safety report can be created to get them network banned, afaik

Extended punishment durations are acceptable so long as they are always temporal, permanent punishments should be reserved for personal real offenses.

Network bans are reserved for personal real offenses. Network bans are bans from everywhere on cubecraft - the forums, the discord, the server and are IP bans

Besides if hackers arent permabanned at some point then theyll never stop

The player had their first account permabanned and so they bought another account, they were caught out by IP logging plugins or any other means and so their account and their IP's are permanently banned which may affect every other player sharing the IP.
This forces the evader to buy even more accounts and proxy services in order to enjoy the unique selection of minigames Cubecraft offers.

Some players have the luxury of affording all of that but many of us don't and should take these financial damages very seriously.

Why did they get permabanned in the first place? Because they broke the rules multiple times and didn’t learn their lesson each time. Its more their fault. The banning system is for us to have justice, for us to not have to deal with hackers tho i’d assume a non such as yourself couldn’t care less

And by that methodology hackers and cheaters will always take over survival servers in one form or another, whether it be absolute corruption or a campaign of crashes and siphoning.

Not everyone has the same mindset as yours. Theres players that still manage to enjoy themselves, players that don’t troll, and players that are decent people. You seem like none of those

I'm decent when I don't have beef and I'd rather not have to protect the worth of my vessels as much as possible but history has shown me that I cannot trust any moderation team except my own.

Even they would be corruptible but at least they wouldn't abuse me.

The cubecraft moderation team hasnt shown corruption in quite a while. They even banned four of the biggest cubecraft youtubers/streamers because they were involved in the doxxing of people. Do you not think banning those people hurt cubes money? Do you think there was no backlash? Wheres the corruption in that

Also if youre so against cubecraft then just leave. Only a child would be this unwilling to do so. Trust me, i was a child only a few years back and this is literally the way i thought

That's justified because their offenses hurt people, I haven't been given enough incentive or resources to go out of my way to destroy parts of a major minigame server and I'd rather have a major server as an ally against Hypixel than to commit real personal offenses of my own against Cubecraft as a whole.

What I've stated in this thread is my experience with playing survival servers throughout the years, they were all small-scale single world servers and not network servers.

Players villainized me for playing the game in ways which they didn't like and got me abused for it, having my options restricted by hardware I decided to relish and gloat over their salt turning their toxicity into my enjoyment, I adapted to being a stereotypical lone-wolf troll goblin and that may not change until people would rather be a friend instead of a mortal enemy.
