you cant have opinions

you cant get in any arguments either

and be somewhat active

prioritize activity on the forums since discord activity seems to not matter anymore

also dont complain about cubecraft they dont like that

for the interview you just need know basic things like the appeals website, feedback forum, etc, and you need to be confident in your answers

it should be easy as long as you just help people along the way

small talk in #💬︱english・general seems to be pretty reliable for a lot of people who get helper

you basically have to become an ai

its very rare to see helpers giving their opinions on anything

there was also a mod who lost mod for being "unprofessional", he was simply chatting with the community

in reality tho youre not gonna have to worry about any of this because youre not gonna get it

as with all staff, helpers can give feedback internally, it would be very unprofessional to turn against your own company publicly. We do not punish people for having a different opinion on things though

That’s what I thought, since that’s how any organization, business, or government works. The only exception is if the company itself is doing something very wrong, like with David McBride. The organization he was involved with was committing human rights violations, so he spoke out about it.
