eat & bow glitch fix

so yesterday my mc updated, and since im a console player i have to update to play the game. I decided to log on to cc and test if the bugs (bow and eat bugs) were fixed which they certainly are, atleast on the newest version. However i ran into a player in duels who was able to perform these bugs, due to him not being on the latest version and i recall pc players not having to update to the latest version on order to play mc or cc like console players and possible mobile players (unsure)
if cc can, can they basically force the new update onto all players so all these damn glitches are finally gone PLEASE

cubecraft cant drop support for those versions yet

best they can do is drop all 1.20 versions if they havent already
