I feel like part of the reason that there is a lb is that its cool to be on it, because you are then one of the leaderboard players. If the amount of players that are in this 'club' gets quadrupled then being in it is way less cool.

Sure, getting top 50 on that lb is still just as hard

But no one is saying look at me, im a top 50 lb player

So if you quadruple the leaderboard size its only cool if you are like top 10
