Refund for a bought rank?

I bought an obsidian rank four years ago and barely played cubecraft since. i would like a refund for it if i can.

i have a screenshot proving i have it, cant send it here though, im banned from doing it for some reason

well now that obsidian ranks are subscriptions, you'd be more than glad to now be a Legacy holder, meaning you get to keep it forever.
