The source of the outage is caused by what appears to be a fibre cut, which is causing issues accessing part the infrastructure used to run the server, we're working with the providers to get this resolved as soon as possible and looking into alternative paths we can use to reconnect everything.

Unfortunately this may take us some time to resolve, currently we do not know when the server will be back online fully, I recommend you follow this thread for updates to know when it will be fixed.
