well, i mean anticheats can always be improved, since hack clients devs are always developing ways around anticheats
you can never completely stop hackers but you can reduce them by quickly patching exploits in the anticheat

ive seen people who used hacks and got instantly banned, and ive also seen people who literally flew across the map and reached 7 blocks for multiple matches and never got banned, 99% of cheaters are the first example
