in pillars game when you spawn your pet skeleton for example, it kills youu and the massage: jess skater fell to thier death while escaping jess skater's pet skeleton like HOWWWW i deid more than once from this bug, not only skeletons any thing that attacks, like zombies, warden, stray.

This is not a bug, when you spawn a mob it might kill anyone. And the kill message is the way to determine whether you get the kill or not, based on who spawned the mob

i usually get rid of hostile mob spawn eggs, they always end up giving me as much of a disadvantage as my opponents

Im pretty sure this is a vanilla thing, because you spawned it "it's your pet" , but because it's a hostile mob, it attacks you. So you can die by your own pet lol
