allow private games for high premium players

And I swear if someone say "oH, mODS cAN dO pRIVATE gAMES", who is gonna get 10 successful player reports on bedrock server that is using spigot to host proxy servers just to be a staff and be able to host private games and use /nick command?

When I say high premium players(on bedrock) I meant players with 20 VIP levels or above hosting private games/custom servers.

Also make the hoster oped only on that server so they can either spectate or access commands needed to film videos on the server

VIP 25-30 level players can add their own Java plugin so they can cause chaos on their own server. (nukkitX)
