Voting in CubeCraft requires you to pay in the marketplace. But because of this, I've never got to actually see what other stuff there is. (Pillars of Fortune game and map modes for example)
Not to mention it defeats the purpose of 'beta' since there are not many people with permission to vote

we have the same concept across basically all of our games, almost all of our games are free to play and the monetisation lies within the ranks. You can still technically access the content within the ranks, if another player has the ranks and votes. I personally think this is a very fair modell, noone is forced to buy anything and you can still play the game normally

i am just transferring what you said to how things are on Cube. You dont like gameplay elements being locked behind a paywall aka ranks, but you dont mind cosmetics. We sell cosmetics on our server, but those are not the problem for you. From what i got from what you said, is that you dont like the ranks, because the ranks are what contain the "gameplay elements"
