Re-enable custom geometry/ 4D skins 0_o

they were disabled because players found ways to make their hitbox as small as a silverfish, and they found ways to become 100 blocks big, causing nobody to see anything

so they removed it

they found a way to ban the overkill ones and keep the normal 4d geometries

but they banned all cosmetics because they were "offensive" and they caused "performance issues" 🤓 🤓
