It's hard to find the right balance in a checks like the one for CPS. You can be harsh and end up false banning people who click legit but have high CPS, but still ensure all autoclickers are banned. Or you can be a bit more lenient and this reduces false bans while ensuring the most severe offenders still get punished. I think the main reason drag clicking and other clicking methods were banned in the past is because this was solely moderated by Sentinel (and moderators in obvious cases of dishonest CPS). So that covered them for when Sentinel banned people for having a very high CPS; drag/other clicking methods aren't allowed.

Now, the fact that the CPS cap is in place means that it doesn't really matter what clicking method people use as it's limited anyway. If you want to suggest lowering the CPS cap do.

If you have evidence the CPS cap is not working, create a bug report about this. But if "not working" means that people are just able to click too much, then suggest it be lowered I guess.
