Is it just me who reports people and then ten minutes later I get a “your report has expired” notification? what’s the point in reporting 😭

The point in reporting is that staff are often available to spectate the players reported

But sometimes they're not

so reports can be automatically closed due to being open too long

And when a report is closed because the player has "logged off"it's usually a good thing as it would signify the account got banned

they get paid to stay afk in the eggwars lobby

Moderation roles are volunteers so no they don't get paid to be afk in the lobby.
