#Bring back 1.8 PvP on JAVA

Yes
Bringing back 1.8 would be the final nail in the coffin for java cube what are you on about
If I wanted 1.8 I would go to their competitors
1.8 was a lot less popular than 1.9 before it was removed
it wouldnt be worth the time and money imo
and now, the player count is decreasing every week
part of the problem is minecrafts popularity is decreasing
Java Cubecraft is a 1.9 PVP server, that's why people play Cubecraft on Java, because they like this PVP style. I would however strongly agree with the addition of a "classic FFA" mode which is 1.8 PVP as suggested previously
If you're lost on what's going on...
I recommend reading this thread: https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/⚠️-notice-were-updating-our-network-to-1-12-2.283171/ . Do it, it takes 5 minutes if not less. Don't be a bum.
Introduction
First thread...
yeah and it would nosedive if they moved over to 1.8 again
It has been 1.9 for years now, people who want to play 1.8 go to other servers
And the largest cause of Cube's loss of players is just bad management
Hell no.
You'd realize that the 1.9 update made it easier to detect who's hacking, I don't feel like going back and getting Hummingbird flap clicked over and over again by the same players and as usual the anti-cheat being absolute garbage.
And that's the sameway with everybody else, good luck with that, 1.9 combat brought more FFA activity to the arena than it did to 1.8, to where everybody at least has a chance to learn how to actually fight.
By the way the move to 1.12.2 strangled cubecraft, and after removing many minigames cubecraft finally died on java
1.12 was not the main issue
