Completely restrict shopping for the Wizard kit, nobody can enjoy a good time on CC anymore for five minutes without someone from spawn just going Wizard and buying armor and a Sharp III sword and kill who they want with ease, it's improperly imbalanced, and needs to be penalized.
Within the same idea, restrict buying gear from spawn until you're in the map to do /shop to prevent Wizard mains from buying gear.
