My internet speed hasn't changed, and everything else remains consistent (other servers) However, a couple of months ago, I started experiencing high ping. I used to have a ping of 60ms to 80ms at most, but now I consistently get 150ms to 240ms. I've reached out to support, but they claim the issue isn't on their end. I'm unsure what steps to take to resolve it. Any tips???

I've been experiencing this high ping problem for a couple of months now, and it's only occurring on the CubeCraft server. On other servers where I play, my ping remains consistent at 60ms to 80ms maximum. I'm unsure what could have caused this sudden spike in ping on this particular server.

What time do you play on? Around 7PM or later in the EU they will put you into Asian lobbies with higher ping for matchmaking. Check your server code if it starts with a g (German server) or a (Asian server)

No, it's not that. I've already tested it from morning to nighttime, and I don't encounter any issues with matchmaking. If a server is low on players, I'll either switch to another server or refrain from playing due to region changes. However, my concern lies in the fact that I've been experiencing very high ping in my region, which only started a couple of months ago, and I'm unsure why.

Again, my internet connection is fine, I've already checked with my internet service provider. I use Wi-Fi and the router is directly connected to my PC to avoid any lag or issues. This problem only occurs here at cubecraft it started a couple of months ago, and I haven't experienced it anywhere else but here.

Just gonna say here, this is not a similar issue to the original person posting
What's happening here is your comparing internet service provider ping to cubecraft server ping
Ping is the time it takes for your data to be sent to a server and back
It takes you 11ms to ping to your singpore internet service provider compared to the 200ms required to ping to a cubecraft server due to the fact that both of these servers are in very different locations, for example your isp would be extremely close to you allowing for an insanely low ping value when you test router to isp ping.
While the distance between you, then the isp, and then the Asia server, while Singapore is still Asian, the cubecraft Asia server is probably in a different country within the continent meaning the data has much further path to reach meaning a natural increase of ping to that server and back
So, Id recommend searching up what ping is before comparing 2 completely different stats.
Keep in mind that I'm not saying that 200ms isnt unusually high, I'm just saying you should compare it to ping you get from your isp
