Here is my idea : Clans.
Example command :`
/clan create
/clan invite
/clan promote and so on.

Benefits of an clan?
Find mates easier
Possibly Clan wars
compare stats with other clans (the stats of all members should be packed together or something ;D) (scoreboard)

How to get?
Join after reaching level 5+
Create after reaching level 25+ once per month

Clantag?
example : [cube]
could be showed in chat and (if possible) in front of ingame Name when in lobby

I would love to have clans on Java, thx for reading ^^

it would make Cubecraft The main java server in the 1.9+ community

Think there's better things the now limited developer team could be working on. You already have the ability to have a clan without it having to be an inbuilt server feature

What would bring more players, a new game or a game update vs clans?

It could be good for giga block wars and other major team game modes but it may be abusive and exploiting

Safe to assume all developed content would be for both networks, if not, just Bedrock. In other words, I doubt they'd develop something for Java on it's own. The decision would be based of whether it would be good for Bedrock or not
