I would like to recommend the developers of this server to add visual sound effects, because it's relatively hard to manually hear opponents footsteps if you wearing a headset or not.

It's not that hard to hear them there is no reason to add this

When I loot chest its hard to hear and my headset is always on full volume and I still get eliminated sometimes when I loot chest and why sometimes coz I'm aware that the player could sneak up and its hard to rely on footsteps manually

you don't need sound I play without it most the time and I'm completely fine all you need is a better reaction time.
