when you are trying to win a game and some idiot decides to go underneath their base and spam punch arrows its literally impossible to win because most of the time i see someone suck at the game and when they get a bow they just have aimbot

1. the point of punch bows in the first place is to help someone win
2. aiming is just a skill, you can be terrible at the game but have insane aim

Its easy to control this situation. Just use blast balls or tnt.

Best way to combat it is e-pearls or leap feathers if you want to get to their position. Tnt or blast balls if you want to destroy their position. Or get your own bow (likely power because I'd believe if they are playing like that they would protect their back from void) and bow them back from a safe position

Get an elytra and leap feather to counter that strat.

It's called Bow Strat 2.0

Punch bows can be extremely useful for lone players to overcome teams of opponents, especially if nobody has leap feathers or elytras yet.

Yeah just get yourself a team chest and an inventory full of tnt, i won a game by auto-clicking tnt on my opponents.
