Perk shop - Who would pay such a big amount for a 30 seconds effect? The only useful thing is the teleportating egg. Totems are useless, because others can just easily knock you off a bridge. Auto repair is useless, because nothing other than wooden tools break. The enchantments were small upgrades that actually were useful to buy. Now it's best to just buy the sale. The perk shop is just completely useless.

Cost changes - Some are ok, like obsidian that is just 1 dia difference with a sale. But I don't get the blocks? Why 11? And why does it give you 33? Just make it 32 so it doesn't mess up your inventory if you buy it twice.

New items in shop - Some mathematicians didn't realize that sharpness II dia sword is stronger than netherite sword. The same with a pickaxe. And glass. I get it, you can hear it break, but why would you put it in the middle of the list, that just isn't practical.
Just leave it as it was, it was much better. New items in the shop are nice, but don't get rid of the enchanting table that made emeralds more useful.
