EggWars used to have Punch (and power) bows available in the shop; which was moved to the enchantment shop in S2.

unpopular opinion in the competitive java scene: I like punch bows, they spice the game up and if they are not too cheap they can be fun to add back. Especially now that we have leap feathers to save ourselfs!

I'm pretty sure it will. We'll have a talk about it when we're all back from the winter break to work out the specifics, but it seems really likely we'll push out a smaller update with them back shortly after.

Add power 10 bows to op, it's fun to actually snipe people rather than bowspamming people to death.

Speaking of bowspam, also add quick charge 5 crossbows to OP, faster bow spam with longer range without the knockback of punch or damage of power bows.

Just imagine you pin somebody in a corner with 5 of them.

The crossbow may not be practical in combat but it would be funny for trolling people with an endless barrage of projectiles.

Power 1 bows are impractical in overpowered mode, they need to deal a lot more damage for me to use them alongside punch bows.

The bow is rarely used, and I remember very well that they nerfed the maximum range of the arrows for a short period and to bring it back to the standard range.

I can tell you that I play bow not because I like it but because of the aggressive style of the players and their habit of making pillars or "flying bases"

And every game I always run to get the diamonds to make the bow immediately because I already know that someone is running to destroy the egg

The punch bow is not only a great defense but a good offense too, it enables you to clutch a 3v1 against players that outgear you.

Now we just need bigger maps like those from 2020.
