@leaden flume Please report this user through Xbox Live. Seeing as this player is going around threatening users and impersonating staff members through Xbox Live chat, this is a more appropriate way for it to be handled as they're not only doing it in in-game chat meaning it's slightly beyond our reach.
Though, if you feel it is necessary, feel free to create a Player Safety report on the Forums with all the evidence you have.
@karmic comet While Eliza may be an admin, this user is simply impersonating her. Members of our staff team would never contact users this way and especially not threaten a user.
Additionally, non-moderation team members are unable to see others' reports, so sharing the link to one is pointless. It is a real link however, @karmic comet.
