Invisible hotbar items and menu screens not having cube craft animations

So hey my Nintendo Switch always forces me to get a texture pack from you but when I play and look at the charcters there gone. I tried to play lucky blocks but the normal lucky blocks are invisible and the diamond and rainbow OP lucky block does not have a texture it just that black and pink block. Can you pls get rid of it I hope you do thx.
