They should allow users to upload images and proof to the website for ban appeals. And there should be live chat or anywhere where you can talk about an account or game problem with friendly employees responding. As I paid a lot of money and bought everything on Cubecraft, I was banned since my account was hacked by someone. But there was no means to transmit proof, and when I tried to explain what was going on, I was rejected. There is no personal to contact or assist with an issue (I try to contact live chat to offer evidence since the website won't let me add photographs and all I get is a message to go back to the appeal website and wait for results).
As a customer that supports and purchases everything, I am completely dissatisfied with how the Cubecraft appeal system operates. And my friend asks about unbanning me, and he get banned in chat after asking. I realize that I should be patience and wait for the results, but it took a long time and I was concerned about my account since I had put a lot of money into it, but there was no personnel or a method to contact staff to chat or help with the situation, so I'm extremely unhappy with this costumer service. @odd narwhal

This guy's pain is understandable. He paid too much just to get his account get banned.
@odd narwhal @green holly @heady creek it was no use to send all evidence to #💌︱team・help since after all the moderator there told me that there is no use of sending all proof there. My friends were providing me with new additional evidence today, but there was no way to send it to the appeal website or the moderator who oversees the appeal page.
you can upload videos to YouTube and photos to imgur and link them in your appeal, that's what you're meant to do
But there aren't any letter box for me to filled in the website how can I send a YouTube link

But my first appeal wasn't be done by me it was done by someone else that hack my account. And now it was close and not let me appeal the truth this is what I'm upset of.

And I just get some new evidence just today I wish there would be some improve to appeal page that can send a second appeal or bottom where I can send more evidence or upload it somewhere. I am looking forward cubecraft team to really improve this as a costumer who supports too much.
If you could keep appealing that kinda defeats the point. with sentinel bans you can start a conversation if your original appeal is denied, but it seems you already have done
As my first appeal is denied, second appeal weren't any space or let me write anything or show for more proof. It only choice box there. I just wish there are somewhere I can just show all evidence just that. But it seem that there were too less space or less box where costumer can be appeal.
The point I was write this long message is just to review what cubecraft should be fix or improve in the future. I hope you get my point.

It sounds like your problems are mostly user error
although you definitely shouldve led with "my appeal was done by someone else"
