We have identified the cause of the network's issues, however these are on our Datacenter's end, and we are unable to resolve them.

As soon as our datacenter provider has resolved these issues, we will update you further.

Update: Our infrastructure team are working hard to bring everything back online. Some players might not be able to join, however we are working to get everything back to being fully operational.
