According to this thread https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/regarding-applying-for-tiktok-rank.296441/ you need at least 40k followers and 20 non-spammy videos. Have you met these requirements?

As far as I know, there are no longer any publicly set requirements, they consider everyone on a case-to-case basis.

To answer your questions now @calm crescent.
Firstly, if you haven't gotten a response from them in 14 days, that means that your application has sadly been denied.
And secondly, if you get denied you are allowed to reply after a month from when you have posted your application.
