it's a general measure of your experience on the server

rewards are not given as they need a way to make profit and giving away free items removes the exclusivity of the marketplace

But with no reward it removes the fun of the game, I get that they need to monetize stuff to keep things going but for people that want things to be more fun or for things to do, it'd be nice to be rewarded for playing the game with even small things like titles, username colors, backgrounds, etc
