Update: I'm still working on the issue. One of our data replicas in the region had a failure which requires manual intervention.

I don't have an ETA to when the region will be available again yet, once I have more information on this I'll post another update here.

There's significant disruptions to the network ongoing at the minute which appear to be unrelated to the Asia region issues. We're working with our networking providers to resolve these as soon as possible.

The disruptions to the Europe and North America region appear to be resolving now as our networking provider restores connectivity to many affected players, we're monitoring the situation and continue to work on the Asia region to restore that as soon as possible as well.
