Why is getting iron hated upon, i can get full iron 10 seconds after the build mode depending on the map, and mining iron before is a good way to gear up to defend against rushers.

so the way the admins explained kb to work (numbers are from testing tho) is that an initial sprint hit does 3 blocks of kb, and every consecutive hit - sprint reset or not - deals 2 blocks of kb. So the way to "sprint reset" is to stop attacking your opponents for a bit (think 1.9 combat). Non-sprint hits regardless deal 2 blocks of kb.

They also have several bundle packs that can give you cosmetics in games. Why can’t cubecraft do something similar? Make some cosmetics obtainable through bundles, but also allow most to be unlocked through some form of progression syststem

Egg wars was actually inspired by a bed wars type game on another network. At the time it went by a different name. Unfortunately, the server it was on has been lost time and no longer is online. I’m not sure if the name of that server but i know it did exist at one point. But nevertheless all servers take inspiration from each other, which is fine as long as they add their own twist to the game. Something like the bridges on cubecraft is acceptable as it has a satisfactory amount of new features, while something such as master builders on mineplex is not acceptable since it steals the concept of build battle from hypixel without changing anything besides allowing players to vote with glass rather than colored wool. My previous post was a joke.
Build battle was originally made by hypixel in 2016. I’m not saying they invented the concept of building competitions, but they did create their own version of a building competition and another server blatantly stole that version .

A certain number of players are separated into building grids and are given a theme. They have a set amount of time to build said theme before all players in the lobby vote on the other builds in the lobby and the person with the most votes wins. That was an original take on the concept.

i say cutting down the blocks you get from respawning can be a good solution to lots of things

Since it nerfs the strats mentioned in 5 and 2, it makes it less team based, and is more playable solo queuing
As for reducing blocks, i’d say 48 or 32 is good enough imo

make it so that you can only place blocks on other blocks + not have to go all the way around to go into the portal; if you cross the bridge, it should mean that you score a point, not that you're halfway to scoring a point
or just dont allow placing blocks on the portal itself

Pls put the the spawn behind the goal so that defending is easier and you can place blocks in front of the goal and not on top of it. This isn’t because I suck it’s because there is a spawn protection in front of the goal that makes it so you can’t place blocks.

sprint bridging can be faster say in skywars where you can jump off your bridge earlier and do a fancy 3 block extension
as you are looking up, you'll know when the jump is possible
as opposed to jumpbridging where you normally overshoot

diagonal godbridging is slower than 2 orthogonal jumpbridges, and it also uses the same amount of blocks. There is literally no advantage to using it.

@toxic mirage I'd like to say other wise. This game with no party v party is mainly rushing, but even then it can get strategic.
If you haven't really looked into it, there are 3 main positions: offense, defense, and protectors. I think its pretty obvious as to how these are labeled. I've thought up of lots of strategies for winning, defending, and even playing offense. While rushing is a part to the game, its easily countered if you have the right people for it. You don't even need a party too, I have 120 wins from this game, 10 in which were partyless, and I'm working towards a 10:1 winloss ratio.
There's more behind it then there seems, but i do see where you're coming from, its like this for me most the times.
