@hollow egret About the ping i think something with your internet, also [proxy] has something to do with the proxyserver your using with your internet. I would try restarting your rooter if it still doesnt work right then contact staff.

@hollow egret Staff members and other members cannot simply make you go from the worst pvper to one of the best. It's simply not possible doing it that way. You'll need to learn how to pvp better through trial and error. And keep in mind, you may not be the worst. There will be others out there who might be worst than you, though everyone is good in their own ways. :)

Tebex bans your account when you chargeback
If Tebex themselves banned you, you need to contact them about it
You can’t get unbanned from Tebex/BuyCraft afaik, but you should contact cubecraft support as they can unban you from the store (only on CubeCraft)

Ah, alright. That isn't an issue to do with CubeCraft itself, since it shown as an error in your Minecraft client. Check if the bug isn't at https://bugs.mojang.com already, and if it isn't, you can post it there with the error log.
