1. restart your router. high ping/bad route to server is usually a cause of this error, so if you continue to get high ping when you shouldn't, contact your ISP.
2. make sure java is up to date. you are more likely to see this error with an outdated java version.
3. play on the most updated version of minecraft with no mods. updated versions have bug fixes that might be causing you to be kicked.
   **4. ensure you are only using 1 firewall software on your pc, and then also make sure your firewall is allowing minecraft and java as an outgoing and incoming connection. **
