The floor is too messy, try making it at least somewhat smooth. Now it's jagged and the lime green blocks don't fit there...
The path for TD should be 7 blocks wide at least, Placement of your towers around it makes it effectively 5 blocks wide in some spots.
Try making more decorations than just the trees... Maybe some rocks and ponds, otherwise the map will look boring.

Please consider changing those few things 🙂
