Well first the part about the Admins, we don't have 20, we have 1, which is me. I am on Cube as much as I can and playing/punishing players as much as I can. Second the anticheat is doing a lot better, we see more in the background then others and it is constantly being updated to be improved. Three, people who cheat appeal too, not just those that are innocent. Four, we have a /report command now (and have since before this video came out), just not for stone ranks. It is not a guarantee, but it does allow them to report. Five, when it comes to Bedrock, the person in the video must also understand this is when Fortnite came out and became the new popular game. It was not at fault of the bedrock server in and of itself, also there are still update occurring to Java and care being put in. Sixth, just because it may look like maps are the only update, does not mean other updates are not in the works. Information about that or discussion of them is just not a thing until it is released. It is a rule, since we do not discuss future updates at all.
If there are bugs, help us out, create a detailed bug report. If you have and nothing seems to be happening, it could be due to the issue being a bit more difficult then what you guys may assume to actually resolve and this is when patience comes in.
I can understand his frustration, but a lot of that video is actually just speaking from a lack of knowledge and just anger. I can understand he is frustrated, but maybe talk to a staff rather then rant on a video with some false info and hope we see it. I check my forums whenever I can, on top of my real life and playing on the server. If I am contacted there I will respond, assist and help as much as I can (as I know the other staff will too). Regardless, criticism is welcome, but some of this criticism seems to be out of lack of actual knowledge and confusion on specific topics. Although, I do respect what is being said and can see where they are coming from for the things they ranted on that (at least from my own knowledge) was not just random info without solid facts or miss-information, meaning things that were their opinion. @forest oak

I’m the creator of the video if you’d like to speak to me directly but I’m not so into confronting you, I said what I needed to say in the video so I’m not gonna be going after you. This video was also put here by my friends so, well, I didn’t force you.
I’d like to correct you on some points however.
- In the video, “tacosbefriends” was an admin. You have at least 2, are you talking about this Discord server or the Java edition entirely?
- Yes, Sentinel is pretty good as I’d say, I agree with you. Not all the way there, however, and again it was useless for a LOT of its time spent here. That caused you to lose some players.
- Cheaters appeal too, correct. That does not add to your argument, however. Whoever mans the reports, it is their job to tell between reasonable bans, false bans and their appeals. If they took more care and checked what was happening with the player while this happened, maybe they would’ve seen my low ping at the time and the fact of how many times I clicked when the connection came back. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’ve never seen a hacked client or auto-clicker than can click multiple times near instantly.
- Your updates come out at an incredibly slow speed, too slow for them to be considered reasonable or “care being put into the game”. As I said, people want new content, the last update I see that adds actual new game content (particularly anything besides bug fixing or maps), according to the cubecraft.net homepage, was in March of this year, the FFA update. March, mind you, it’s 3 months later and that was merely kit rebalances.
- I do like your inclusion of /report. I was unaware of this, it may not have said it back when I bought Gold rank, but that’s back on me, I didn’t know until now. However, the majority of people on CubeCraft do not have ranks. This further adds to my reporting problem, you either have to have a YouTube account or pay money. Average players can’t do anything.

Keep in mind we do not have 100 Developers, so updates will take a while, but that is also to ensure their quality that they will be the best they can be.

It did also include stone ranks, but unfortunately we had to remove that, so now you have to have a rank.
