overly slow and smooth camera on default camera settings

also affects first person, at the start, again, its fixed, but then at some point it becomes sluggish

think i figured it out

for some reason the game itself is slowed down on my end sometimes

as my staff are walking super slow

quite strange

it fixes itself when i press the windows button

fixed it

there was a weird mismatch with my settings
