Argentinosaurus' head is probably modeled off Tapuiasaurus' skull which is one of the few titanosaur skulls preserved.

Those recons above have very speculative soft tissue on the head and neck. If anything, going off most reptiles the neck wouldnt have excess flaps and the neck of sauropods would also be very light because its mostly air.

There are plenty of neck and postcrania from Patagotitan, and its claded generally as a very close or sister taxon to Argentinosaurus.

The devs have made the version of Argentinosaurus you showed before the current model, most people generally agree its uglier.
